TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days

 

The following reasons will void the 15-day return policy:

 

 

  • If a diamond is set in a Semi-Mounting by anyone other than Mr.goldman Jewelers

  • If the ring has been worn

  • Any special orders

  • Sized outside of MrGoldman Jewelers recommended sizing parameters

  • Any head changes

  • Any product missing the original sales receipt is non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Custom made and or altered

  • Custom engraved items

  • if Rings are Resized (factory ladies ring size is 7 and male ring size is 10 )

  • Closed out and Sale items are not returnable but can be exchanged in 15 days if not damaged or not resized .Pls Buy if you are absolutely sure.

  • Special made monogram Jewelry is not refundable and not exchangeable at all. no exceptions pls. 
     

 

Once we receive your returned item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Upon acceptance, your refund or new item will be processed. Returns with no Mrgolman Jewelers authorization code and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.

 

How to return your order


Simply call 504-469-1961 to obtain an RMA number. You should put the RMA number in your package. We highly recommend that you insure your shipment back to us.

 

Our Shipping Methods

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via one of the following carriers and methods. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.

 

Shipping options:

All orders are insured and shipped UPS/FedEx.

 

  • If the merchandise ordered is in stock will be shipped in one to seven business days.

  • If the merchandise ordered is not in stock, it will be considered special order and custom made and will take one to four weeks to be made.

  • Goldman jewelers will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

  • All orders will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee.
